Why Topper works for failures

In the present world, everyone wants to become toppers in their life. There is not even a single person presents in the world who do not want to become toppers. If your answer is also ‘yes’. For the information, I want to tell you that you will surely be going to work under the average and failure of people. Looking strange to hear. Now, you might be thinking that how can the topper works under the averages or the failures people. But it is true. In most of the cases, this is happening all over the world. The averages or the failures people are the real toppers in life instead of educated toppers.

In a survey, the question was asked what would you prefer to be a business owner or CEO of a Fortune Company? The people questioned the answer in the following:

80% - the owner of the business.
14% - the CEO of the Fortune Company.
6% - do not know/ refused to answer.

Before starting with the reasons why I am saying that the topper works under the averages or the failures people. Let’s begin with our education system.

education system
In the present world, education has changed our way of thinking, the way of living as well as our lifestyle. Most of the people are crazy about completing their education so that they can get better job security in the future. But for sake, acquiring education in present time is just a waste of time afterward. When we are in the learning stage of acquiring education, we used to give a lot of importance to our marks and position in academics. Eventually, these degrees and certificates are kept in a corner. After that, they get their jobs and started earning money.
certificate
degree
Most of the people are not able to get their jobs in their field of education. If they get the job in their field, there is always a chance of getting a small amount of money in return. Recently, I have read an article published in the newspaper on people applied for a government job. In this job, around 10 lakh people have applied. Out of 10 lakhs, 1/3 are Ph.D. and postgraduate holders. The reality is that the people have degrees in their hands but no jobs are there. Forgetting the jobs, people have to learn completely new skills and things by spending more money on different courses and internships.
problem
The problem is that our educational system trains students to be “A” students- academics i.e. topper or “B” students- bureaucrats. Our schools do not train our young people to be “C” students: capitalists i.e. averages or failures people.

Furthermore, it’s these “C” students who so often follow an entrepreneurial path carrying the torch of capitalism and creating new jobs for the toppers or the average students.

Interestingly enough, Thomas Edison and Walt Disney did not complete high school. Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg never graduated from college.
Education system make us ACADEMICS TOPPERS only not FINANCIAL LITERATE.
Now lets us begin with why the toppers can work under the average or the failure people. Through this, you will surely become the topper of real life not the topper in education only.

 4 important reasons:
reasons
 REASON 1: FEAR OF FAILURE
depression
failure
Truly speaking, education system trained everyone that FAILURE IS BAD and if you fail in any of the subjects, it is sure that you will get different types of punishment from parents as well as from teachers. The punishments can be in the form of scolding, not promoting to the next class, negative talks of people and become the laughing person.

Due to this, most of the children develop this type of mentality in avoiding failing. Thus, they start working hard to avoid the situation to fail.

They work hard to get good marks to avoid failure, to get a better college to avoid failure and to get a better job to avoid failure. In short,
ACCEPT ANYTHING TO AVOID FAILURE.
But on the opposite hand, every great, as well as successful people, are the failures in their life. They understand the small principle that
WITHOUT FAILURE, WE CAN’T ACHIEVE GREAT AND BIG IN LIFE.
For example- Thomas Edison had failed more than 1000 times during the invention of the bulb.

I am also not saying to encourage failures in the education system. But we can change our perceptive towards failure is not bad. It can be fruitful for us.
dinner
family-eating
For example- There was a family in which every night all members ate dinner together. During this, the father asked his daughter about what she had faced failure today and what she had learned from her failure. When the daughter answered him that she had faced failure today. The father appreciated her and told her to find solutions for the failure by trying something new. But he got the reply that she had not failed today. The father became sad and told her that she had not tried anything new today.

This can be the way by which we can change our mentality towards failure. The people who have a fear of failure will never try anything new in their life but on the other hands, the average or the failure do not have the fear. In this way, they try something new daily and become a real success in life. Due to their fear, they start working under the average or failure at last.

 REASON 2: NO FINANCIAL LITERACY
money
finance
The financial literacy is very important to achieve success in life. Unfortunately, our education system never teaches us. Not even the parents are allowed their children to talk about finance. Basically, the education system teaches us to follow the rules and regulations and makes our discipline. Due to this discipline, the education system develops the roots of making best employees.

 Ways of earning money:
sources-of-money
ways-of-earning-money
The letters in the four quadrants represent:

‘E’ denotes employee.
‘S’ denotes small business or self-employed.
‘B’ denotes big business (500 employees or more).
‘I’ denotes investor.

There is a slight difference between self-employees and business. In self-employees, there is important of presenting there all the time but in the case of business, it is not necessary to present there all the time.

Employees in the E quadrants are people with steady jobs who rely on paychecks. Those in the S quadrant are the self-employed who work for the hours on commission or on a fee basis. Many “A” students such as doctors and lawyers reside in the S quadrant. The B quadrant is filled with people with such as Bill Gates and Steve Jobs entrepreneurs who start large businesses. People in the I quadrant are professional, active investors like Warren Buffets

Most CEOs are in the E quadrants. They are known as “managerial capitalists” employees who work for entrepreneurs. True capitalists are people like Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg whose companies employ more than 500 employees and who transitioned from the S quadrant to the B and I quadrant.

Our education system only allows us to be on E and S quadrants not on others B and I quadrants. That is why most parents advise their kids to “Go to school to get a job” (E quadrant) or “Become a doctor or engineer (S quadrant)”. This is the reason why India is lacking behind the other developed countries like the USA. In developed countries, not even the education system but also the parents teach their children about investments and business at an early age of life.

 REASON 3: INJUSTICE
law and order
injustice
There is an old saying on our education system that
Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid. - Albert Einstein
It also happens in our education system also as it judges everyone with same skills. It is just the same as giving marks on the ability of climbing tree between fish and monkey.

Due to this reason, the children are not able to focus on their abilities and not able to do things in which they can succeed in life. We all have different abilities and potentials but education system judges everyone with the same tests. But in reality, it is not fair.

Truly speaking, the education system has many flaws in it. Now you are going to start blaming the system. But I recommend that instead of blaming the system, you can change things not education. At least you can change yourself.

 REASON 4: ABOUT OTHERS
influence
This is the main reason why toppers work under averages or failures. They listen to advise of wrong people and inspire from the wrong people. In order to take advice or to inspire, you can take advice from the people who are really successful who understand the market and the real world. For example- They can tell you what is going around the world. You can also learn from the mentors of their books and self-help books.

That’s why I started reading books and share to all what I have learned from the books. Now you can understand the reasons why topper works for the averages or failures people. After reading the whole, I am sure that you can also become really successful and to give safe jobs to these toppers to your company.

 At last,
In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure. - Bill Cosby
